terms of sale

A deposit of $100.00 will hold the animal or breeding of your choice. Sales are on a first deposit, first served basis. If the kid of your choice is not born or is not offered for sale, your deposit will be refunded or transferred. When possible, please make first, second, and third choices so that if the first kid is not born, or offered for sale, you will still have a kid that is suitable for your needs. No offspring may be registered if an animal is returned. We will accept cash, money order, certified check or personal check (with enough time to clear the bank before the animal leaves the property).

For those of you who prefer to buy milking stock, a limited number are usually available. If you wish to purchase one please send your deposit ASAP so as to insure getting one. Milking stock is non-returnable. They are trained to electric fence and have guard dogs. They are accustomed to both an electric milking machine and being milked by hand. Check the For Sale page for more specifics or, let us know what your needs are, and we will contact you regarding what is available.

Price does not include health papers, shipping crate, or shipping costs. We make every effort to keep these costs as low as possible. If at all possible, plan to pick up at our farm so that you can see the animal and its relatives in person. Kids will have received their first tetanus and over-eating shots, a selenium-E gel, and will be started on a calf starter containing Deccox before they leave.
